About me
My name is Alexsander Freitas, a Brazilian/Italian bodybuilder,model & adult entertainment actor from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
At the age of 18 I started going to the gym and since then I've learned many things about bodybuilding. I worked as a personal-trainer in 3 big gyms in Los Angeles for more than 2 years, then started to do private sessions, while competing and winning in major bodybuilding contests. I was also doing modeling, and it's always been my idea to became a model and an adult entertainment actor. In 2008, I started doing more photo shoots and videos. I've worked with the best studios in the US and in Europe as well. The main goal in life is to be happy and healthy, therefore I try to be happy in my own way as I know we are all responsible for our own happiness.
I hope to share what I have learned with anyone who wants to really improve their diet, shape, health and general well-being!

I train in a private gym in Studio City (Los Angeles, CA), so if you work out with me you don't have to pay for a gym membership!

I will design a very effective program to build muscles or lose weight. This program will show exactly how many reps, sets you should do and how long to rest during training.
Before you decide what type of training program you are going to do, you should give the following some consideration…
WHAT ARE MY GOALS? WHAT I AM TRYING TO ACHIVE?
- To reduce my weight?
- Improve my fitness level?
- Tone up?
- A combination of the above?
A lot of people want to get as strong and as muscular as possible. Other people want to get ripped to the bone, but most people couldn't care less about either. Whenever someone asks me about training, I always ask what his or her specific training goals are. Generally the response is an improvement in general fitness and to look good.
I would like to help my clients gain core strength while building lean muscle and burning fat! I have been working out for 18 years, almost every single day, so trust me, I know what I do!
I will do everything to help you reach your goal! I will provide a nutritional regimen, supplementation guidance, training program and I will hit the gym with you!
